PHPG has been founded in july 2007 by Jean-Marie Preel, Françoise Hecquet and Jean-Baptiste Payet-Godel, former partners of CLYDE & Co Paris.

they have signed a cooperation agreement with COZEN O'CONNOR (United-States, United-Kingdom) and JOHN STRUB & SEILER, a prominent German law firm and other leading firms (Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Greece, Argentina, Spain, Japan). They also have access to the "network" members of the UIA (Union Internationale des Avocats).
